アウトドア
本格的に冬が始まりそうな今になって、アウトドアブームが到来しています。
「やりたいなぁ」と思ってたことを一歩ずつゆっくりと実現すると、秋を通り過ぎ、冬に差し掛かってしまいました。
保育園のパパ友にコンロとヤカンを貸してもらい、河原でコーヒーを淹れてみました。
すごく良い天気だったので急遽やったものの、コーヒーを淹れてるうちに曇ってきて寒かった…。
ただ豆から挽いたアウトドアコーヒーはとても美味しくて、好評でした！
味をしめて、ついに焙煎に手を出そうと計画中です。
会社の十年自家焙煎をしているプロにもアドバイスをもらい、あとは実践あるのみ。
何事も考えるのも大事ですが、実際にやってみるのが大切ですね。
