ピザ職人への道
僕はピザとかパスタが大好きで、毎月、何なら毎週末食べに行くのが楽しみ。
でも、今はなかなか難しいので、ピザを作ることをはじめてみました。
前にも何度か作ってみたことがあるんですが、なかなかお店で食べるようなピザにはならず。
焼く窯というか火力の問題があるので、最後は及ばない気がしますが、粉の分量など変えながら試行錯誤中です。
